Living in the City is Much Better

My husband and I started looking at apartments for rent in St Petersburg Florida because we were both tired of our daily commute. We never thought we would enjoy living in the city, but we were hating the 60 minute drive each way to our house outside the city even more. We decided to look at apartments over houses because we just were not sure that we were going to settle here yet. We knew it would be to our advantage to get an apartment that we could lease for a year at a time until we decided what we were going to do.

Even though we don’t have kids, we definitely wanted a two bedroom apartment. We have too many friends and family who always stay with us when they come down this way, and we figured it would be even more hectic with guests once we got into Saint Petersburg. Since this was going to be our first time to live in an apartment, I wanted to make sure it was exactly what we both wanted. We ended up getting the Mosaic layout at the Modera Prime 235, which is the largest of the two bedroom apartments.

One of my favorite things about it is the huge balcony that we have. Most of the apartments just have a small balcony, but we have a corner apartment, so our balcony is twice as big since it goes on both sides of the corner. It has walk in closet, nine foot ceilings, two bathrooms, a pantry in the kitchen and so much more. Honestly, if I had known that the apartments were this nice, I would have found this gem for us a long time ago. We were right too, because we have company a lot more often now that we are living here. We love it though!
