“We are ecstatic with the reception our brand has received over the
first three years of its existence,” remarked Eric Foss co-founder
of Affliction Inc. “Now is the time for us to stay focused on our
design strengths with the new support of our talented team and
manage our explosive growth as we expand into a full premium
collection of denim and sportswear.”

“The future licensing and international sales opportunities for
Affliction are endless with their constant stream of creativity and
unstoppable desire for groundbreaking product,” said Sam Wilson,
Vice President of Licensing and International Sales for
Affliction.

“I am very excited to be CFO of a company that has such a powerful
vision, unique image, and strong work ethic,” commented Rob Otto
CFO. “The Affliction founders have shared with me their creativity,
drive, and passion and I look forward to working with them as we
continue to grow the business.”

Affliction unveiled its first retail location on Melrose Avenue in
Los Angeles in August 2008 with a second location currently under
construction in South Beach, Miami, FL. Additional retail locations
in New York and Las Vegas are scheduled to open in 2009. A full
Affliction women’s contemporary collection promising the same
signature series of highly unique artwork is scheduled to launch in
mid-February of 2009.

In addition, strategic brand positioning will help direct
Affliction with future product lines based on the company’s core
attributes and solid foundation.

“Our willingness to examine every aspect of our business will
ensure our growth strategy so that both retailers and customers
will benefit for years to come,” stressed Tom Atencio,
Vice President of Affliction Entertainment.

Affliction Clothing’s ability to set the bar high in fashion is
evident in its collection’s indulgence of style and design, focus
on quality, and its trademark series of divinely executed, dark and
powerful themes.
