Latest Organic Brow Makeup Routine

[ad_1]

Organic Brow RoutineToday I wanted to hop in for a quick post on my latest brow makeup routine. It’s been two years since my last update, and I thought it would be fun to see what has changed. The one thing that did not change for sure is the amount of time and effort I try to spend on my brows. The simpler, the better! Naturally, my brows are far from perfect. I wish they would be denser and darker. But I have what I have, so I just learned to tint and shape them. That’s why I ditched the brow eyeshadow and went for brow gels and occasional brow pencil use. Here are a few trusted and proven brow makeup staples that make my brow makeup (and life) so much easier.

My current favorite is Ere Perez Argan Brow Hero, which is a tinted brow gel. An absolute must-have, if you’d ask me. The main reason why I like it so much is its simplicity to use. The small brush means that you don’t need precision with it. Even more, it looks natural and stays in place well. And bonus points for its ingredient list, which helps to tame the brows and care for them. I talked about Ere Perez Argan Brow Hero here (10ml for $25/£22) in a more comprehensive review. Swatches are also included if you’re interested in seeing how this tinted brow gel looks on a real person. To sum up my whole experience with this product, I must say it’s much better than the gels I’ve previously had, especially because of its small, detailed brush and its great hold.

Another item that I’d love to mention is Dr. Hauschka Transluscent Brow and Lash Gel, a recent addition to the brow maintenance family. I use this almost every time, when I’m not using the Argan Hero, to fix the unruly brows so that they’d stay in place. I love that it’s clear, so you just swipe it and let it dry (which takes like a minute or two). The Brow and Lash Gel might be used for lashes as well, but somehow I prefer to use it only on the brows instead.

When it comes to brow pencils, Zuii Organic Flora Brow Definer is always a good choice. Retractable, with an angled shape for an effortless and convenient brow filling. I use it more for special occasions nowadays, but it’s perfect for daily use as well. Zuii Organic Eyebrow Definer (0.4g / approx $29.50 – £15) is the third pencil I’m using. To put it simply, it’s REALLY good. There are a few reviews of this Definer on the blog. One of them was created 3 years ago. I loved it then, and I still love it now. This time I have the Definer in color Chocolate. Compared with the other shade (called Taupe), this one has warmer undertones and, I’d dare say, a bit lighter. I admire how easy this retractable pencil is to use. The brows look very natural. My only problem with it is that it is too wide for the narrowest part of the brow, so I must be careful not to overdo it.
